Threads of Connection explores the many ways and emotions through which we connect as humans – the fine, often invisible threads between us. What does closeness mean, how does it form, how does it tear, how does it hold?
Kalli Tarasidou’s work grew out of a personal, shared process with the dancers: the material came from the real connections within the group. The result is a direct, approachable and at the same time abstract dance piece that weaves together spoken word, live singing and waving technique – a choreography that draws human connection out of the ensemble itself, tangible and poetically open.
